The Quail Run Apartments are professionally run by those who take the time to show all how valuable you are to them your always welcome to go to the office with any complaints you might have and they are always there to listen to you and take care of any problems without delay, they go above and beyond there responsibilities to show you that they care about you as a person and a tenant, I can't so enough about them but I'm pretty sure you get the picture. So if you are tired of being mistreated, miserable and just down right sick and tired of the treatment your receiving from your current manager/management (casper village) then come where you will be treated kind and appreciated and that's Quail Run Apartments.

Quail Run is an excellent place to live. The grounds are clean and very well kept. Office and Maintenance staff are friendly, courteous, and handle issues in a timely manner. Both swimming pools are warm and always clean. The apartments are spacious, with several floor plans. Off street parking is a plus. I have been very happy living at Quail Run. I would highly recommend this clean, quiet complex.

Been at Quail Run for more then 5 years. Started out in a 1 bedroom and quickly moved to a 2 bedroom. Now in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Love being here, it is a nice quite place to call home. I can come home after a 14 hour day and relax knowing that everything is taken care. I would and do recommend living here to anybody looking for a place to live. Whether it be a short period during a transition from 1 house to another or a long term resident. The staff is very easy to get along with also. After you get to know them,they almost become family. Quail Run in my opinion is 100 times better than any other apartment complex in the area.

Quail Run is an excellent apartment complex. The staff go above and beyond to make tenants feel welcome and safe. The grounds are always well taken care of, and the apartments are well cared for. I cannot recommend renting from Quail Run more! In my opinion it is the best apartment complex in Casper.

Quail run apartments is a great place for everyone including if you have kids due to them having a park also a pool! Great area for owners who also have pets with it having a near by path way. Very nice people and have a clean environment all around.

I lived at Quail Run while my house was being repaired from a house fire. The managers were amazing. Anytime there was a concern it was addressed quickly. The grounds were beautifully kept up, including snow removal. I would highly recommend Quail Run.

My very first place I called home after leaving the parents nest. I’ve established many chapters of my life here. I’ve raised my children here and now my grandchildren. I love the office staff, who have always been so kind and compassionate. We are more like a family. It’s quiet, quaint and safe! A little slice of heaven tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.

Me and my family have collectively lived here for 19 years, and have been completely satisfied and appreciative of the kindness of the staff and services provided when needed. The affordable rates have made it so that individuals and families like mine can have piece of mind that there's a decent to live at an affordable price. The leasing agents and maintenance have gone above and beyond to take care of the property and accommodate it's residents. Thank you Quail Run staff!

Not only are the grounds well taken care, quite, appartments are clean, cozy and homie, the management, maintenance staff and office staff are outstanding! Quail Run Apartments are absolutely amazing. I moved out about a year ago for work and we stayed in the apartments for over 2 years. Maintenance guys are so friendly and kind, they always come to fix anything, anytime. Management is the best. They always take care of any issues (not that we've ever even had any) and they are so extremely nice and lenient! These are SO affordable and you get beyong more than what you pay for. Pet-friendly, they accept cats and dogs and instead of paying extra a month for pet rent, they charge you a one time pet fee and that's all you have to pay for your pet which saves so much more money. They have 2 pools on each side of the buildings which is awesome and they are located in beautiful private areas begind the apartments. Washer and dryer hookups which is a must for me. These are one of the few apartment complexes that are NOT income restricted which is amazing and the only way we were able to get into these apartments. All of our neighbors are so kind and respectful and it is such a quiet and peaceful place to live. We never had a single complaint living here!!

Have been happy here. Landlords have been nice, maintenance has been quick to fix issues. They do inform residents when work is to be done that could affect residents (parking lot repaving/improvement, water line work, etc). Cost of rent is reasonable.
